Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated individually based on your delivery address and are displayed both in the shopping cart and during the checkout process.

The shipping price for your order is calculated as follows:


  • Germany from €5.90
  • Austria from €7.99
  • Switzerland from €20.99
  • EU from €7.99
  • Non-EU from €16.99

 

Additional costs may arise due to customs duties and taxes.

 

Delivery Service:

Delivery is handled by DHL.

 

Shipping Duration:

All our products are ready to be shipped to you. It takes approximately 3-5 business days until your order is shipped. For more information on the delivery time of a specific product, please refer to the respective product page.

Seasonal notice (Christmas & high order volume): During the Christmas season and periods of increased order volume, processing and shipping may take longer than usual. In these cases, shipping can take 7–14 business days.

Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, which allows you to easily track your package.

Received a Package but Missing Some Items?

Don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten half of your order! Sometimes we actually ship packages separately so you don’t have to wait too long for everything due to different production times. The rest of your order should arrive soon. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact our customer service at help@green-room.shop


Packaging and Partial Deliveries:

Your order will be packed with the utmost care so that it arrives safely. If you find any damage to your item, please contact our customer service. For shipments with multiple items from different product categories, the packaging may vary for environmental reasons, as it may be packed in fewer individual shipments.


Packstations and Delivery to the Post Office

Shipping to a pack station within Germany is possible. Please make sure to enter your post number in the “Address Supplement / Company” field. We ask you to enter the term “Packstation” and the number of your pack station in the “Street and House Number” field. Shipments with a minimum size of 15 x 11 x 1 cm and a maximum size of 60 x 35 x 35 cm are suitable for receipt via PACKSTATION.

If the DHL delivery driver does not find you at the delivery address and is unable to leave the package with a designated recipient, you will receive a notification card. With this card, you can pick up your package at the indicated branch by presenting an ID within the storage period of 7 business days. If you do not pick up the package within the storage period or if DHL is unable to reach you after multiple delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse as undeliverable.


Delivery Issues:

A return to us may have several reasons, such as an incomplete or unknown address, several unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal of acceptance, or failure to pick up at the post office within the specified period. But don’t worry, just let us know via help@green-room.shop if you’d like your items resent and whether you’d like to choose an alternative address. We will take care of it right away.

Once the item is on its way, we will automatically send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. If you didn’t receive this email, please check:

Did our email perhaps end up in your spam folder?

Which email address did you use during the order (when registering via Facebook, we send your updates to the address associated with your Facebook account)?

If you can’t find the email in any corner of your inbox, feel free to contact our customer service at help@green-room.shop. They’ll take care of you.


Tracking with Your Tracking Number Doesn’t Work:

Don’t worry! For freshly shipped packages, it can take up to 24 hours for recently uploaded tracking numbers to be activated.

Such an error message usually appears as “The shipment 123456789 is currently unknown to us” or “Currently, no information is available for shipment number 123456789,” but don’t panic, your items are on their way.

However, if you’re still having problems after 24 hours, please contact our customer support at help@green-room.shop, and they will assist you.


Lost Package:

Your package hasn’t found its way to you? You didn’t receive a delivery notification a week after your shipping confirmation?

Don’t worry, our customer service will immediately address the issue and find out exactly where your package is and how it can reach you as quickly as possible. Just let us know at help@green-room.shop
