Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form included with the shipment, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts

– for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is essential; this also applies to all goods marked as “Pre-Order” or “Vorbestellung”!

– for the delivery of goods that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,

– for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded,

– for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery,

– for the delivery of goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature, or

– for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their quality, properties, and functionality.
